Beet succus (Beta vulgaris), Alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa), Parsley whole plant (Petroselinum crispum), Stinging Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Yellow Dock root (Rumex crispus), Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Blackstrap Molasses, Watercress herb (Rorippa nasturtium-aquatica)
Suggested use: 40-60 drops (2-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.
Amount per serving: 2 fluid oz
Contraindications: Do not use if you have hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis.
Additional recommendations: Include dark green leafy vegetables, beets, Stinging Nettles Leaf, sea vegetables, and sources of heme iron (organically raised red meats) in the diet; use cast iron cookware.
