General Shipping Guidelines
Provided your products are in stock, your order will be processed and confirmed to you within the next 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship with Boxberry to the Russian Federation. To all other countries, we ship using DHL.
The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your parcels as well as your destination. Usually, it takes not more than 15 workdays for international orders (outside of the US) to arrive.
Shipping and Return Policy
Currently, on karimchubin.com, we ship products to the following countries only: UK, Switzerland, Monaco, UAE, Hong Kong, USA, Russian Federation, Portugal, and France, etc...
All purchases, including products, services, and laboratory tests are non-refundable. We dedicate ourselves to providing you with the finest, industry-leading products as well as an outstanding service. Please contact us should our products or service fail to meet your expectations.
If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, an incorrect delivery address, refusal to pay customs fees, or because the courier's delivery attempts have failed, we will refund you as follows:
- The total amount of your order minus shipping charges and 20% of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other additional charges we have incurred such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
- If the cost to return the product(s) to us is higher than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon this order. And there will be no credit made for this order.
- If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no refunds made to you.
Damaged or Missing Products
We will replace damaged goods and we will correct orders for which any products were ordered but not sent.
If your shipment contains any damaged or missing products, these will be replaced. To qualify for replacement products, you must inform us by contacting us on: email@example.com, within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your parcel. Importantly, please include photos of any damaged products, including the manufacturing codes located on the back of the bottle/container. If shipping boxes were damaged, please also include photos. In your email, kindly also include your order number.
International Shipping Guidelines and Customs
Before placing your order, we highly encourage you to contact your customs office. Ask them if the products you intend to purchase are regulated or restricted in your country, and whether or not they are subject to customs, duties, or other import fees.
Customs regulations vary by country. Before ordering, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the regulations of your country. Failure to know your country’s regulations can result in unexpected high import fees, delayed delivery, or returned shipments. We are not liable for packages held by customs or refused by your country’s customs. Please check that the country you are shipping to has no restrictions on the products you wish to order and/or if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Products or orders that are seized by customs will not be refunded.
Each country may charge import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees that you may be required to pay in addition to your order charges. The delivery agent will require the collection of these funds, which are separate from our billing, upon delivery of your products.
At the time of order, if your order is less than, but close to your destination country’s limit for the assessment of duties and/or related import taxes, please note the fluctuations of the exchange rate during transit could result in your order exceeding these limits, thereby resulting in the charging of duties and/or taxes. We will not be liable for packages held by customs for delivery or that are refused.
