Things I have built along the way

I follow a question wherever it leads

I tend to work across borders rather than inside a single discipline — through science, traditional practice, anthropology, travel, conversation, writing, or sometimes making something with my hands. When an idea stays with me long enough, I give it a form.

The things collected here are extensions of that process. Some are tools, some are conversations, some are writing. They come from the same impulse as my practice: to notice what is useful, question what is familiar, and carry an idea into another context.

Podcast

Crossing Borders

A podcast about the experiences that change us — and who we become on the other side.

Each episode begins with a border someone crossed — a country, a relationship, a belief, a loss, a rupture, or a version of themselves they had to leave behind.

Device

K2O2

A device I am developing in Germany, bringing years of work with intermittent hypoxia into a system of my own.

Book

The Living Human

A book about the questions behind my practice: how we adapt, what the body remembers, and what becomes visible when biology is read alongside the life we have lived.
