Balances Vaginal Dryness for Post-Menopausal Women*
Oat milky seed (Avena sativa), Shatavari root (Asparagus racemosa), Dong Quai root (Angelica sinensis), White Pond Lily rhizome (Nymphaea odorata), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol, vegetable glycerin.
40-60 drops (2-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 3 times per day. Shake well before using.
Use cautiously if you have hypertension.
Add Vitamin E, essential fatty acids, Flaxseed oil, and Evening Primrose seed oil to the diet. Vaginal lubricants with Aloe and Vitamin E or Comfry/Calendula Ointment may be helpful. In severe cases progesterone creams, sold as Wild Yam cream (be sure it does contain progesterone on the ingredients list), are very useful. Exercises for the pubococcygeal muscle that increase circulation such as pelvic floor exercises are also important.
