St. John's wort flowers (Hypericum perforatum), Lemon Balm flowering tops (Melissa officinalis), Mimosa bark (Albizia julibrissin), Black Cohosh root (Actaea racemosa), Holy Basil herb (Ocimum sanctum), Lavender flowers (Lavendula angustifolia), and Night-Blooming Cereus stem (Selenicereus grandiflorus)
Certified Organic alcohol, distilled water
30-40 drops (1.5-2 mL) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.
Do not use during pregnancy or with severe, suicidal or bipolar depression. Do not take this product while taking any prescription drugs unless otherwise directed by a qualified expert. Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (i.e., sunlight, tanning) when using this product.
For SAD increase exposure to sunlight. Emotional Relief in Lemon Balm tea may be helpful. Bach flower remedies can also be useful.
ADDITIONAL USEFUL HERBS
Night Blooming Cereus and homeopathic Pulsatilla. Adaptogens, especially Rhodiola, Ginseng, Eleuthero, and Schisandra, are useful as well.
